Celebrating the Festivals

Rather than argue or sweep their differences under a rug,
Interfaith couples can celebrate!

There are ways to reconcile or even combine both backgrounds. For example, you can both enjoy klezmer or gospel music, Groucho Marx or Bill Cosby, Steve Martin or Jerry Seinfeld, Marc Chagall, Thomas Kinkade or Michelangelo.

You can celebrate special times such as a baby dedication or wedding with readings from the Hebrew Bible and New Testament and songs based on Psalms. Israel-style dance can be a full body expression of worship for God as well as a good work out!

Other Interfaith couples and families have found unique ways to celebrate. Our couples like to get together to schmooze, play games, sing and dance, watch movies and arrange musical coffeehouses. Sound like fun?
Would you like to celebrate with other Interfaith families, get together to watch a Jewish movie, or hang out at musical coffeehouse?
