Beit Simcha Store
Rejoicing goes to the heart of who we are - Beit Simcha means "House of Joy"!
The joy of the Lord is our strength (Nehemiah 8:10), because of the joy of the Lord is an eternal spring that flows out of the heart of the Holy One, blessed be He. We express our joy when hear good news about what Hashem (the Name) answering prayer in each our lives, in Israel, and throughout the world.
We express our joy through
music and songs of praise
, as well as
circle dancing
and waving banners in worship.
We express our joy when we fellowship together during and
after
services,
and when we celebrate special times such as when a
child is born
or a member has a birthday.
We express our joy through our commitment to our
children and youth.
We express our joy when one of our children is ready for a
bar or bat mitzvah.
We express our joy when we
celebrate weddings
- we especially rejoice in
interfaith marriages and families.
